I’m used to, 2 tablespoons of ground coffee per
cup of coffee. Each spoon is approximately 15ml, so it would be about 1.5 cups of coffee for 12 cups of water. Even if this sounds like a very generous number of coffee, but here I have only one manufacturer 2 cup of coffee I can not suppose that .. haha =)

about 1/3 c of coffee; it depends on the strength of what I am making; for breakfast mix together I usually use 4 heaping tablespoons; for Colombian I use a small less because it is so strong. A lot depends on how strong of a brew you want. What is normally recommended is way to strong for me!

I use a simple pour over system everywhere I pour hot water over the grounds in a suspended filter. I use 7 grams of freshly roasted freshly ground coffee per 6 ounces of water.
A friend has a urn that he uses 5 scoops (about 7 table spoons) per 180 ounces of water.
Depends on how strong you want it. It also depends on name brand you get. If i get folgers i have to place 8 scoops (TBSP) in(12 cups). If I get maxwell house I only place in 6 scoops(TBSP)in(12 cups).
