I contact them directly – 1-866-901-BREW (2739) – from 7.00 bis 12.00 timer EST, 7 joursSur a personal note – I have a Keurig B60 coffee and tried to use a water tank replacement and B65 is not terrible. Strangely enough, finally a chance to find their website or eBay, etc. I reckon I did very well at a lawn sale for $ 1
